- Every single chocolates is made fresh at our chocolate studio, in small batches, by hand. We make our very best effort to ensure that every order goes out within 24-72 hours during business days. Please note additional time maybe needed during peak holiday rush.
- We make our very best effort to ensure that every order goes out within 24-72 hours of placing the order. For delivery in Delhi NCR, we use hyperlocal delivery services to deliver our products. Hence, they are delivered the same day we ship them. For pan India shipping, an addition 2-3 days are needed.

- We ship our products from Monday to Wednesday, to avoid the chocolates being in a transit facility over the weekend. This is done to prevent the chocolates from melting in transit or a shipping facility that is not temperature controlled.
- All are orders are sent with iced gel packs in temperature controlled boxes to ensure your chocolates stay cold during transit. Unfortunately, we still can’t guarantee that your chocolate will arrive intact during the sweltering summer months.
- Chocolate has a great shelf life and can be reset very easily. So just pop it back in the fridge for 30 mins or so and it should be fine. It may not have the same shape but it still tastes great and has a good shelf life.
